These terms (the Terms) set out how the AgroMap telematics service is used: the website agromap.lt, the shop on it, the customer application in the browser and the mobile application (together, the Platform). The service is provided and the devices are sold by UAB "Servera", company code 304051358, VAT number LT100011259319, Architektų g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania (we, the Provider). The AgroMap brand belongs to UAB "Servera".
By registering on the Platform, placing an order or using an account you confirm that you have read the Terms and agree to them. Where a separate telematics services agreement has been signed with the Customer, that agreement prevails over the Terms, and the Terms apply to the extent the agreement does not provide otherwise.
The Terms apply from 17 September 2026.
1. Definitions
- Customer - a farm, company or natural person who has created an account on the Platform or bought a Device.
- Device - a GPS telematics tracker (for example Teltonika FMC920, FTC880, FMC130, FMC800, FMC150, FMC650, ATC774) bought from us, configured, and with an IoT SIM card inserted.
- Membership - the recurring fee per Device, which covers the telematics server service and the IoT SIM card data plan.
- Telematics Service - receiving, storing and processing the data sent by Devices, showing it on the Platform and, at the Customer's request, forwarding it to third-party systems.
- IoT SIM card - the mobile network card inserted in the Device and used only to transmit the Device's data. The card remains our property.
- Account owner - the person who created the account; all data in the account belongs to them.
- Member - a person invited by the Account owner who sees the same account's data and, if the owner allowed it, may edit it.
- Driver - a person named by the Customer who drives a vehicle or machine fitted with a Device.
2. Who may use the Platform
2.1.An account may be created by an adult natural person with legal capacity, or by a legal person through its authorised representative. By registering on behalf of a company or farm you confirm that you are entitled to represent it.
2.2.Registration requires true details: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone, address and, for a legal person, its name, code and VAT number if it has one. These details go onto invoices, so the Customer is responsible for their accuracy.
2.3.The account starts working only once the e-mail address has been confirmed through the link we send at registration.
2.4.We provide the Telematics Service only for Devices bought from us. Trackers bought elsewhere are not connected to the Platform.
3. The account and Member accounts
3.1.Sign-in credentials (password, biometric sign-in, a remembered-device session) are personal. The Customer is responsible for keeping them safe and for everything done through their account. If you learn that your credentials may have reached somebody else, change the password at once and tell us.
3.2.The Account owner may invite Members by e-mail address. An invitation is valid for 48 hours. When inviting, the owner chooses whether the Member may only view data or also edit it.
3.3.Everything a Member creates in the account (vehicles, drivers, photographs) belongs to the Account owner and stays in the account when the Member is removed. The owner may withdraw a Member's access at any time.
3.4.The owner is responsible for Members complying with the Terms. A person who already has an account with Devices of their own cannot become a Member of another account.
3.5.The Account owner may create an integration key (API key) through which third-party software gets access to the account's data. The key grants the same access as the account itself, so it must be kept like a password. If in doubt, the key can be revoked at any time on the Platform.
4. Devices, Membership and the IoT SIM card
4.1.A Device is bought once. Its price includes: the device itself with the factory kit, initial configuration, registration and connection to the Platform, issuing and activating the IoT SIM card, activation of remote technical support, remote firmware updates and remote diagnostics for the whole life of the Device. The shop shows each of these parts as a separate line.
4.2.Every Device needs a Membership. It is bought for a chosen term (1, 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months) and paid in advance for the whole term. The Membership has two parts: the telematics server service and the IoT SIM data plan. The longer the term, the lower the monthly price.
4.3.The IoT SIM card is our property. It is intended only for transmitting the Device's data to the Platform. It may not be removed and used in other devices. When the Membership ends or the agreement is terminated, the card stops working.
4.4.The IoT SIM data plan is included in the Membership. We may change the data plan's conditions and pricing, having notified you by e-mail no later than 60 calendar days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes you may terminate under Section 12.
4.5.Ownership of the Device passes to the Customer on handover; the risk of loss or damage passes on receipt.
5. Ordering, delivery and activation
5.1.Orders can only be placed when signed in. Invoice details are taken from the account, so check them in your profile before ordering.
5.2.The checkout shows the price excluding VAT, VAT (21 %) and the amount payable. Once an order is placed its prices are fixed and later catalogue changes do not affect it.
5.3.We currently deliver only within Lithuania, by courier to the address given by the Customer. Before dispatch we configure the Devices and register them on the Platform; we notify you of dispatch by e-mail.
5.4.The Membership term starts counting on the 14th day after the order is placed, which is the time allowed for preparing and delivering the Device. This date is printed on the invoice and is not changed afterwards. Devices and the Membership appear in the account once payment is confirmed.
5.5.The Customer installs the Devices themselves, strictly following the manufacturer Teltonika's instructions and wiring diagrams (for example https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com). We do not provide installation, but we advise remotely. The Customer is responsible for the result of the installation.
5.6.During installation the supply voltage must be between +10 V and +30 V DC, with correct polarity and earthing, and the wires must be insulated and protected from heat, moisture and vibration. The SIM card must not be removed or inserted while the Device is powered. Opening the housing voids the Device's protection rating (IP69K).
6. Prices, payment and invoices
6.1.All invoices are issued and all payments are collected by UAB "Servera". When an order is placed, the Customer's details are passed to UAB "Servera"'s accounting system, where a customer record and the order are created.
6.2.You can pay:
- by card - the payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly in Stripe's form and never reach us. On payment the VAT invoice is issued at once and sent by e-mail;
- by bank transfer - you receive a proforma invoice, and the VAT invoice is issued when the money arrives. An unpaid proforma can be cancelled in your account at any time.
6.3.Devices are paid for before handover. The Membership is paid in advance for the whole chosen term. Invoices are due within 7 calendar days of receipt unless the invoice says otherwise.
6.4.When a Membership ends it is renewed for the same term, and UAB "Servera" sends an invoice for the next period beforehand. If you do not want to renew, tell us in writing by e-mail no later than 30 calendar days before the term ends.
6.5.If a payment is more than 30 calendar days late, we may suspend the Telematics Service after giving the Customer 7 calendar days' written notice. During suspension the data sent by the Devices is not accepted or stored, and we are not liable for its loss.
7. Cancellation and refunds
7.1.Membership. Within the first 30 calendar days from activation of the Membership you may cancel it and get a pro-rata refund of the unused part by sending a request by e-mail. After 30 days the Membership fee paid is not refunded.
7.2.Devices. Money paid for Devices is not refunded, except where a Device is irreparably faulty because of a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer's warranty service cannot replace it with an equivalent one. In that case the refund follows the procedure set by the manufacturer Teltonika.
7.3.Consumers. If you buy a Device as a natural person for purposes outside your business or farming activity (a consumer under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania), you have the statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Device without giving a reason. For the full amount to be refunded, the Device must be returned new, unused, uninstalled, with the complete factory kit and in its original (or equivalent) packaging. You may examine and test the Device as you would in a shop; if it was handled beyond what is needed to establish its nature and characteristics (for example connected to power, installed in a machine, cables cut), we reduce the refund by the loss in value rather than refuse the return. The Customer bears the cost of return. For a Membership you asked us to start providing during the 14-day period, a proportionate fee is charged for the part provided. This right does not apply to companies, farms and other business buyers. The full procedure is in section 8 of the Terms of Sale.
7.4.Refunds are made to the same account or card the payment came from, within 14 days of the request or of receiving the returned Device.
7.5.Free-device promotion. If you received a Device free of charge under a promotion in which the Device price is covered 100% by purchasing a Membership of a stated term (for example 36 months), the voluntary 30-day Membership refund right in clause 7.1 does not apply: you may cancel the Membership at any time (clause 12.2), but the money paid for it under the promotion is not refunded, because it covered the price of the Device received free of charge, and you keep that Device. This exception does not limit a Consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days (clause 7.3) - exercising that right also requires returning the Device received free of charge - or rights in respect of goods of unsatisfactory quality.
8. The Customer's obligations
8.1.Lawful use. The Platform is for monitoring the Customer's own vehicles and machinery. The Customer undertakes to use the Devices only in vehicles it owns or lawfully operates, and not to track people without a lawful basis.
8.2.Informing drivers. The location, route, speed and working-time data visible on the Platform makes it possible to tell where and when a particular person was working. The Customer, as the controller of that data, must therefore inform drivers and other employees before monitoring starts that the vehicle carries a tracker, what data is collected, for what purpose and for how long it is kept, and must make sure the monitoring complies with the Labour Code and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Customer is responsible for having a legal basis. The division of roles is explained in the privacy policy.
8.3.Driver data and photographs. The Customer may enter drivers' names, telephone numbers, driving licence numbers and photographs into the Platform, as well as photographs of machinery and its own logo. The Customer enters only data it is entitled to process, and only as much as the service needs.
8.4.Looking after the Devices. The Customer installs the Devices according to the manufacturer's instructions, makes no hardware or software changes (firmware is updated only by us or the manufacturer), does not remove the IoT SIM card, and tells us at once about a Device failure, loss or theft.
8.5.No transfer. Use of a Device together with the Telematics Service may not be transferred to third parties without our written consent.
8.6.Integrations and GEOFACE. The Customer may create an integration key and direct its Devices' data to third-party systems (for example geoface.com). This is the Customer's own decision; the processing of data in those systems is the responsibility of their operator and the Customer, not of us.
8.7.It is forbidden to try to bypass the Platform's security measures, to probe it with automated tools without our consent, to access other Customers' data or to interfere with the Platform's operation.
9. Our obligations and service availability
9.1.We hand over configured, working Devices and provide the Telematics Service under the Terms.
9.2.Technical support is provided by telephone and e-mail on working days from 9:00 to 18:00 for the whole life of the Membership and covers advice on Device operation, configuration and diagnostics, help with using the Platform and its reports, advice on integrations, remote firmware updates and remote fault fixing. Support requests are logged on UAB "Servera"'s help desk at https://servera.lt.
9.3.Availability (SLA). We guarantee that the telematics server service (data reception, the Platform at agromap.lt) is available for no less than 99.0 % of the time in a calendar month. The calculation excludes planned maintenance announced by e-mail at least 48 hours in advance (no more than 12 times a year, no longer than 4 hours each), outages caused by third parties (internet, mobile network and electricity providers, data centres), faults or misconfiguration of the Customer's Devices, and force majeure.
9.4.If availability in a month falls below 99.0 %, the Customer is entitled to compensation as a credit against the next billing period:
| Availability in the month | Credit against the monthly fee |
|---|---|
| 98.0 % - 98.9 % | 10 % |
| 95.0 % - 97.9 % | 25 % |
| 90.0 % - 94.9 % | 50 % |
| below 90.0 % | 100 % |
9.5.Credit is calculated only for outages that the Customer reported through the help desk at https://servera.lt, with the claim submitted within 7 calendar days of the end of the outage. Compensation is not paid out in money.
9.6.We improve the Platform continuously. Features may change, but we do not reduce the essential characteristics of the Telematics Service without notice.
10. Warranty
10.1.Devices carry the manufacturer Teltonika's 24-month warranty from the day of handover; batteries carry a 6-month warranty. Consumers additionally have their statutory guarantees.
10.2.The warranty applies when the Device has been used as intended and installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. It does not apply if the Device was damaged by improper installation, wrong supply voltage (below 10 V or above 30 V), has physical damage, the housing was opened, non-factory accessories were used, unauthorised modifications were made, or the SIM card was removed with the power on.
10.3.Warranty service follows the manufacturer's RMA procedure; we act as the intermediary between the Customer and the manufacturer. The Device is repaired, replaced with a new one or with an equivalent one, at the manufacturer's discretion.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1.Our total liability to the Customer cannot exceed the amount the Customer paid for the services in the last 12 months.
11.2.We are not liable for losses caused by improper installation of Devices; loss or inaccuracy of data caused by a Device fault, mobile network disruption, loss of GPS signal or other causes outside our control; losses caused by the Customer's actions contrary to the Terms or the manufacturer's instructions; lost profit, business interruption and other indirect losses; damage caused by unauthorised access to the account where the Customer failed to keep the credentials safe.
11.3.Platform data (location, fuel consumption, working hours) is calculated from what the Devices send and may contain errors. It is meant for managing the farm, not as the sole evidence in disputes, in accounting or for meeting regulatory requirements.
11.4.These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, for example for intent or gross negligence, and, for consumers, where mandatory consumer-protection rules apply.
12. Term and termination
12.1.The relationship lasts as long as the Customer has an account or at least one valid Membership.
12.2.The Customer may terminate a Membership at any time by giving 30 calendar days' written notice by e-mail. Money for the remaining paid period is refunded only in the case described in clause 7.1.
12.3.We may terminate the Telematics Service without separate notice if the Customer is more than 60 calendar days late with payment, or breaches the Terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. In other cases we terminate on 30 calendar days' written notice.
12.4.On termination the Devices remain the Customer's property and the IoT SIM cards stop working.
12.5.Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, military action, decisions of public authorities, epidemics, cyber-attacks and the like). The other party is informed of such circumstances within 5 working days; if they last more than 90 days, either party may terminate in writing.
13. What happens to data on termination
13.1.When a Membership ends, the Device's data is no longer accepted. The account and the data accumulated in it remain accessible so the Customer can review them.
13.2.At the Customer's request, within 30 calendar days of the end of the relationship we hand over the Customer's telematics data and/or delete it. Requests go by e-mail to info@agromap.lt.
13.3.Accounting records (orders, invoices) are kept for as long as Lithuanian accounting and tax law requires, even if the account has been deleted. Details are in the privacy policy.
14. Intellectual property and content
14.1.The Platform, its software, design and the AgroMap brand belong to UAB "Servera". The Customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the Platform for the duration of the Membership.
14.2.The data generated by the Customer's Devices and the content the Customer uploads (photographs, logo) belong to the Customer. The Customer grants us the right to store and display that content solely so that we can provide the service.
14.3.Maps on the Platform come from OpenStreetMap and Esri and are subject to those providers' terms.
15. Changes to the Terms
15.1.We may change the Terms. We announce material changes by e-mail and on the Platform no later than 30 calendar days before they take effect; changes to the IoT SIM plan follow the 60-day period in clause 4.4. If you do not agree with the changes you may terminate before they take effect. Using the Platform after they take effect means you accept the new version.
16. Governing law and disputes
16.1.The Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
16.2.We first try to settle disputes by negotiation - write to info@agromap.lt. If no agreement is reached within 30 calendar days, the dispute is settled by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the registered office of UAB "Servera" (Vilnius).
16.3.For an out-of-court settlement a consumer may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt). For goods or services bought in another EU country, Norway or Iceland, the European Consumer Centre in Lithuania (Algirdo g. 31, LT-03219 Vilnius, www.ecc.lt) helps free of charge. Jurisdiction for consumer disputes is determined by law.
17. Notices and contacts
17.1.Notices are deemed duly served when sent by e-mail: to us at info@agromap.lt or info@servera.lt, to the Customer at the address given in the account. A notice is deemed received on the next working day after it is sent.
17.2.UAB "Servera", Architektų g. 56-101, LT-04111 Vilnius, Lithuania, tel. +370 5 2444443, e-mail info@agromap.lt. Help desk: https://servera.lt.
